GIFT VOUCHERS

Nonreturnable; not for resale: Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers are non-transferable, not returnable or refundable for cash. Resale of Ready Set Go Gift Cards is strictly prohibited. Any remaining balance can be used for future bookings. If the total booking cost exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid in-store prior to entering the escape room.

Not for promotional use: Ready Set Go Gift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts, but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities.

Lost or Stolen Gift Card: Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Ready Set Go Adventures holds no liability towards your lost or stolen Gift Cards or Gift Vouchers.

No Consolidation for Gift Cards: You may not consolidate or combine multiple Ready Set Go Adventures Gift Cards to purchase a new Gift Card. 

Gift Cards Do Not Expire: Ready Set Go Adventures Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers never expire.

Cancellations: In the event that a booking is cancelled, and a Gift Voucher has been redeemed, please wait for an email from Ready Set Go Adventures in order for the voucher code to be reused for a future booking. Please note that our booking and cancellation policies will remain the same.

Location: In-store physical gift cards are valid at all Ready Set Go Adventures locations. Online gift vouchers are issued for a specific location and are only redeemable at that selected venue.
